BAP Construction and Development Corporation

The BAP Construction and Development Corporation is more than a two prolific decade of experience in the Construction Industry founded by Mr. Benjamin A. Perez in March 2, 1993 under BAP Construction as a sole proprietor. Mr. Benjamin A. Perez’s Eldest Son, Marvin Jay B. Perez followed in the footsteps of his father as he was introduced in the construction business at an early age.

In 2007, Marvin Jay Officially joined the company after being licensed as Civil Engineer and Materials Engineer I and took over the construction business’ management in 2014. From our humble beginnings, BAP Construction has expanded over time to become one of the established major contractors in the construction business.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence lead us to our accomplished goals. The company upgraded from category D to A then to category “AAA”. The company name change from BAP Construction to BAP Construction and Development Corporation in 2013.
We are currently a PCAB accredited contractor since 1993; with the PCAB license no. 16215. SEC registered contractor with Sec. Registration number CS201222782.

We at BAP Construction and Development Corporation are accustomed to construct, rehabilitate and improve roads, bridges, water supply, flood control and drainage system, multi-purpose buildings, asphalt over-lay and other related vertical and horizontal civil structures.
